Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has directed officials to intensify anti-terror operations to neutralize emerging security threats across the Union Territory. The directive came a day after a policeman was shot dead by a terrorist in the region. The high-level security review meeting, attended by senior officials from the Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police, civil administration, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), and key security agencies, focused on bolstering counter-terrorism efforts and ensuring the safety of the ongoing Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra.
