We may request additional information if your notice is incomplete.

What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice?

Upon receiving a compliant DMCA notice:

We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
We will notify the user who posted the content (if identifiable) and provide them with a copy of your notice.
If the user submits a valid counter-notice, we will follow DMCA procedures (including potentially restoring the content after 10–14 business days unless you notify us of legal action).

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Counter-Notices

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error (e.g., fair use, permission, or misidentification), you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent with:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, phone number, email, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction in a U.S. federal court (or Indian court if applicable).
Acceptance that you may be served with legal process.

We will forward counter-notices to the original complainant.
