Jammu and Kashmir Police announced on Monday the apprehension of an individual during a coordinated checkpoint operation in the Pulwama district, during which a hand grenade was discovered in his possession. The charges filed against Dar include violations under Sections 7/25 of the Arms Act, which pertains to illegal possession of arms and ammunition, and Sections 13, 18, 23, and 39 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
