Haryani, who has been a visitor to the Kashmir Valley since 2022, stated that he makes it a point to visit the region during significant national observances such as Independence Day and Republic Day. His distinctive appearance, with his body adorned in the saffron, white, and green hues of the Indian flag, attracted considerable attention from the public gathered at Lal Chowk. Children were particularly drawn to him, forming a small crowd around the patriotic visitor.
